We will ride on a bicycle to Res Naturae nursery where Giovanni and Maria take care of all their beautiful plants and flowers: a perfect prelude to this truly sensorial journey among a great variety of scents and flavors. These young agronomists reconsidered their homeland and gave an innovative interpretation to their job through natural products that easily respect traditions while refining them at their maximum level. They won this gamble and they will be sharing their experience with us. We will have a walk through the nursery and will be have an open-air lunch with their herbs and cheese and other local specialties from Pasturo.
