Walk along old villages and enchanting alleys. Run into sleepy military barracks and trenches from the Great War. Listen to the silent woods. Valvarrone Valley is a small rough diamond that deserves to be discovered and lived. Your day starts with a short guided walk from the core of the village to the woods following the old military trail. You’ll then reach a little church, Madonna di Bondo, where you’ll enjoy a fabulous view over Lake Como and a tasty picnic lunch with special recipes and food from local shops. Federica, your local gastronomy expert, will share all her knowledge and secrets about the Valley, telling you very interesting stories about its food culture and traditions.
