Best of Lake Como: Full Day from Varenna

The “Very Best of Lake Como” in one day!

Meet your guide in Varenna, a little town on the eastern side of Lake Como, once known as a fishermen village. Varenna worth to be discovered: hidden historical alleys, a beautiful Love Walk by the lake, the Lord of the Lake (a bronze Christ statue 5 metres down in the blue waters), villas, traditional dishes and local specialties. Your guide will get through all these splendors with you. You’ll then get on a ferry boat and move to Bellagio, “The Pearl of Lake Como”, internationally known for its ageless romance. Ready to discover its secrets? About 1-hour free time for lunch before your guided tour among history and culture of one of the most iconic towns on the Lake.

From Bellagio you can then go back to Varenna by ferry boat or, if you’re arriving from Milan, you can head to Como and go back to Milan from Como. Long journey, we know, but you’ll be able to see a bit of everything.

Instead of moving by ferry boat, you can add a private 1-hour venetian-style boat tour to the best villas on Lake Como. This tour is subject to availability and can be added before moving to Bellagio or after your time in Bellagio.
That would be what we call “Ciliegina sulla torta”, “The Cherry on top”.
You’ll have the opportunity to see Villa Melzi, Villa Carlotta, Villa del Balbianello and Villa La Cassinella from the lake. And what about a glass of Prosecco on board?! Weeeeee! simply astonishing!
